YUMA, Ariz. -- Authorities in southwestern Arizona say two men are accused of second-degree murder in 2009 fatal car crash in Yuma.

Yuma County Sheriff's officials said Wednesday that 25-year-old Jose Ramirez and 26-year-old Jose Marquez have been arrested in the death of 21-year-old Rudy Natal.

Natal was pronounced dead at the scene of a one-vehicle accident on Oct. 23, 2009.

A driver apparently lost control and struck a brick wall. One person was ejected and reportedly landed on the collapsed wall, where he was found dead.

Authorities say evidence at the scene indicated Natal wasn't the driver, but Ramirez and Marquez say he was behind the wheel and they were passengers.

Sheriff's officials say new information came to light in the case Tuesday and Ramirez allegedly has admitted to being the driver.
