TUCSON, Ariz. -- A U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals panel will hear arguments in two Arizona cases on March 6 at the University of Arizona law school.

One of the cases is Robert K. Lemke's appeal of his felony murder conviction in the 2002 killing of auto-glass mogul Rick Chance in a Tempe hotel room.

The other case is an appeal of a lower court's ruling that Wal-Mart Stores Inc. couldn't be sued because an employee reported to police that a family's photos include nude ones of children.

The three judges participating in the hearing include Judge Larry A. Burns of San Diego.

Burns is a District Court judge who presided over the now-concluded criminal case against Jared Loughner in the Tucson mass shooting. He's temporarily serving on the appeals court.
