GUADALUPE, Ariz. -- Authorities are searching the small town of Guadalupe for an armed and dangerous felon.

Maricopa County Sheriff's deputies said Angel Guzman fled on foot during a traffic stop Thursday afternoon.

Deputies attempted to stop Guzman on a felony warrant.

Officers from the Arizona Department of Public Safety and Tempe police joined the deputies in the search for Guzman.

Guadalupe is located between Phoenix and Tempe.

    in a stack of needles. Guadalupe has a lot to hide, hence their refusal of law enforcement presence.
