Google finally released demonstration video on its new and revolutionary product, Google Glass.

Google Glass is a new portable device. Basically, it is a pair of glasses that operate like a smart phone.

In an interview with The Huffington Post Google CEO Larry Page said "Imagine your brain being augmented by Google," in reference to the project.

With all of the features that the video, including real-time directions, on screen information, voice activation and many more, the video still fails to reveal what the product will look like on the wearer.

The glasses may be stunning physically and in terms of practicality, but the full acceptance of the glasses into everyday life may require a change on everyday dress as well as functionality due to its look and features.

    Google
Another product that will have no protection in the market place from other countries that want to steal technology invented by American's. All corporations do anymore is fight legal battles worldwide, which has also helped to keep the stock market depressed. Our countries companies having to go else where for a cheaper labor force to make these products. While other countries gain with jobs to feed their societies, our people suffer. Our own government borrowing from China a loan we will never be able to pay back. Unemployment is higher then this administration is making it out to be.

    These glasses somehow remind me
of the Segway (as far as the awkwardness and non-necessity of the device). Segway said - "I'm too lazy to walk anywhere, which is why I'm fat. But I'm rich. So it doesn't matter." Google Glass says - "I'm too lazy to reach into my pocket to grab my smart phone, which probably means I'm too lazy to do anything else that requires actual movement. But I'm trendy. And probably rich enough." Jokes aside, I honestly wonder if they will meet the same fate?
