PHOENIX -- Phoenix foodies have a reason to celebrate.
One Phoenix restaurant, a Scottsdale chef and a Phoenix restaurateur are all semi-finalists for the James Beard Foundation Award.
Phoenix based restaurant Vincent on Camelback is in the running for outstanding restaurant.
Sam Fox, owner of Fox Restaurant Concepts and several Valley restaurants -- including Olive & Ivy, True Food Kitchen and Zinburger -- is a semi-finalist for outstanding restaurateur.
Scottsdale chef Shinji Kurita is nominated for best Southwest chef.
The winners are scheduled to be announced Monday, March 18.
