PHOENIX — According to police, an unidentified jogger was running along the canal near 38th Street and Camelback Road Sunday morning when they saw what looked to be a body wrapped in burlap floating in the water.
The Phoenix Fire Department’s dive team was called to the scene and had to use a crane to remove the body.
No other details are known at this time.
