If you're looking for somewhere to take that special someone, you won't have to drive far.
According to livability.com, Scottsdale, Ariz. is the place to be for a romantic trip.
A suburb of Phoenix, Scottsdale offers couples a more intimate, less hurried vibe than the big city, yet still a fun atmosphere with plenty to celebrate.
Livability.com also mentioned several Scottsdale landmarks -- including Taliesin West and the Scottsdale Desert Stages Theatre -- along with Scottsdale's dining scene.
Other cities on the list included Napa, Calif., Santa Fe, New Mexico and Bend, Ore.
