Body found, Tucson police investigates homicide
TUCSON, Ariz. -- The body of a man was found in a car on a Tucson street and is being investigated as a homicide case.
Tucson police said the body of 24-year-old Antonio Alvarez was discovered Tuesday morning and showed signs of trauma that were not self-inflicted.
Tucson Fire Department paramedics were dispatched about 7 a.m. after a 911 caller reported a man lying inside a vehicle parked in the street.
Paramedics determined that the man was dead and called for Tucson police.
Investigators believe the man died late Monday or early Tuesday.
