PHOENIX -- An accident closed part of Interstate 10 in central Phoenix Wednesday.

The highway was reopened about 1:30 p.m.

The Arizona Department of Transportation said a tractor-trailer rollover closed westbound I-10 at the so-called "mini-stack" interchange with Loop 202 and State Route 51.

The Department of Public Safety said the big rig was carrying coffee creamer and that the accident caused fuel to leak onto the roadway. Cleanup is expected to to a lengthy effort.

According to DPS, the driver suffered minor injuries.
