Accident jams I-10 traffic from 16th St. to 83rd Ave.

PHOENIX -- A car accident snarled traffic on eastbound Interstate 10, backing up traffic from 16th Street to 83rd Avenue.
No injuries were reported in the early-morning crash Wednesday.
The backup lasted at least 90 minutes, clearing around 7 a.m.
