A special-needs teenager reported missing from a Chandler care facility has been found.
Police said Katie Stull, 18, was found safe in Phoenix.
Stull left for a walk around 7 p.m. Sunday from the adult assisted-living property at East Countrywalk Lane near North Cooper and East Ray roads. She didn't return.
Stull is deaf and also developmentally challenged.
