Waitress' racial remark equals no tip

What is the best way to not receive a tip as a waitress?
According to MSN.com, be completely ignorant and blurt out a racial slur. That is what a waitress did to a customer who just happened to be of Asian descent. The waitress proceeded to call the customer Jackie Chan, believing she was out of earshot.
Unfortunately for the sake of her tip, she was utterly wrong.
The customer decided the best way to respond was with a gratuitous comment that read: "don't be ignorant." As a last word, the man signed his bill "Jackie Chan."
In the words of Stevie Wonder, his message to the waitress was "Signed, Sealed, Delivered."
