Tucson teacher's aide accused of sexual misconduct

TUCSON, Ariz. -- A teacher's aide at a Tucson high school has been arrested on charges of having sexual contact with a minor student.

Tucson police announced Wednesday that Clarice Lee, 22, was booked into the Pima County Jail on suspicion of four counts of sexual misconduct with a minor. They said she has been employed at Amphitheater High School since last August.

During the lunch period on Jan. 18, authorities said Lee is accused of engaging in sexual activity with two 18-year-olds and one 16-year-old. All three students are male.

The activity is said to have taken place in the presence of the three other students and one of them reportedly filmed the incident on a cellphone.

Police learned of the incident Tuesday and that led to an investigation.

They didn't immediately know Wednesday if Lee has an attorney.
