TUCSON, Ariz. -- A man accused of stealing more than $4,000 in cigarettes in Tucson since last November has been arrested.

Tucson police say 25-year-old Cole Evan Neal is being held on suspicion of nine felony counts of third-degree burglary.

Police say calls to an anonymous tip line helped identify Neal as the suspected cigarette thief.

Authorities released surveillance photographs of the man Tuesday asking the public to help identify him.

Neal was arrested Wednesday.

Police say Neal is suspected of stealing the cigarettes in eight incidents.
