The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office has captured two bank robbery suspects in Gold Canyon on Monday.
The robbery occurred at a Wells Fargo Bank on south Kings Ranch Road around 9:40 a.m.
Authorities said a suspect fired a shot inside the bank but nobody was injured. The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of money in a white Ford Ranger driven by a second suspect.
Within minutes a patrol deputy spotted the vehicle in question and began pursuit. The chase ended quickly and quietly.
The FBI is now conducting the investigation.
