Gilbert police arrest man who exposed himself

The Gilbert Police Department arrested a male suspected of exposing himself to a female victim.
Derrius Kelly, 19, is suspected of exposing himself to a female in the area of Power and Germann roads on Jan. 10. He was identified by a caller who saw the story on the news.
Kelly was charged with indecent exposure.
