Winter storm bearing down on southern Arizona

A winter storm expected to hit southern Arizona on Monday night could bring snow to the region, the National Weather Service said.
Ken Drozd with NWS said the storm will also being cooler temperatures.
“In Tucson, we’re not anticipating a freeze tonight. However, we are looking at a system coming in toward the weekend where we could have some very cold temperatures in southern Arizona.”
Drozd said drivers on Interstate 10 near the New Mexico border could experience slow and should adjust their driving as needed.
