time to crack down on parents
I have never seen so many careless lazy parents If they would stop walking to the other room to answer the phone, maybe this would not happen to those who say OH the Parent has suffered enough..no its the Child who suffers and drowns.. time to start throwing the parents in jail...after 4 decades of watching this story happen over and over its time to crack down...do not even get me started on swimming pool drownings or driving over your child in the driveway accidents..its out of control
