Petition filed for White House to build death star

Could America soon be following in the steps of the Galactic Empire?

If a petition on the White House’s website receives enough signatures by Dec. 14, it very well may.

The petition calls for the White House to secure resources and funding to begin construction of a death star by 2016. For those who aren’t aware, a death star is a massive space station the size of small planet dwarf star with the capability to destroy other planets with the use of a giant laser.

There was no word on if the White House had attempted to contact Darth Vader to lead its new space fleet that would make it the most powerful force in the galaxy.
