Police seeking Phoenix shooting suspect

Phoenix police are searching for a suspect who allegedly shot a man on Saturday.
Police were called to the scene near 2900 E. Roeser around 7 p.m. and found the 20-year-old victim in an alley.
Witnesses said they saw the victim, a black male, enter an alley, heard a shot and saw the victim fall. They then saw a black male in his 30s flee the area.
The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he is in critical condition.
