Police are searching for a man who went missing from a Tempe community care facility, the Tempe Police Department said in a release.
According to police. 47-year-old Evaristo Quiriarte was last seen about 1:30 p.m. on Thursday at a facility located near Broadway and Fair.
Quiriarte is mentally disabled and has been diagnosed with schizophrenia.
Quiriarte is described as being a Hispanic male standing 5-foot-5 with short black hair that is balding. He weighs about 190 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black or blue polo shirt with tan horizontal stripes and has a thin mustache and beard.
Anyone with information on Quiriarte's whereabouts is asked to contact the Tempe Police Department at (480) 350-8311.
