Pima County Superior Court is appointed new judge
PHOENIX -- A juvenile court commissioner has been appointed as a Pima County Superior Court judge.
Kathleen Ann Quigley's appointment was announced Thursday by Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer.
It fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Clark W. Munger.
The 53-year-old Quigley has served Pima County's legal community since 1987.
She's been a juvenile court commissioner in the southern Arizona county since 2009 after previously serving as a juvenile court hearing officer and a deputy county attorney.
Quigley has degrees from Northern Arizona University and the University of Arizona College of Law.
