Former Arizona Diamondbacks announcer Mark Grace has been indicted on four counts of driving under the influence, the Maricopa County Attorney's Office said Thursday.

Grace was indicted on four felony counts by a grand jury on Oct. 12.

Grace was arrested Aug. 23. He had a blood-alcohol content of .095. Grace was also allegedly driving on a suspended license and did not have the required interlock device installed in his vehicle stemming from a previous DUI charge in 2011.

Grace could face one to 3.75 years in prison on each count, but those sentences could be served concurrently or be lowered in a plea deal.

Grace is scheduled to make his next court appearance on Dec. 5.

Him ready for Jail. You can see it in him face. Let's see what the Judge throws him way. If it was me or you, we'd get 5 years no questions asked. We'll find out soon what kind of FAN the judge is I guess. Don't be surprised with a simple slap.

When they say "no driving on a suspended license", they mean it! It's amazing how many idiots still drive and take that chance. Not only did he take that chance, he was suppose to have an interlock. If I had to do it, so do you! If the Sheriffs office wanted to bust people, they should look at the tent city parking lot at work release time. More than half of those people are driving on suspended licenses.

    1 day in tent city
Give him a day or two in tent city and then a boat load of high profile (et. tv news cameras) civic duties like picking up trash and cleaning up debris from drunk related crashes. Maybe working the morgue would be a good one too.
