3 San Luis students arrested for bullying
SAN LUIS, Ariz. -- Police in the border city of San Luis said they've arrested three high school students in the videotaped bullying of a classmate.
Three 15-year-olds, two boys and a girl, were arrested Wednesday. They face charges of threatening and intimidating, assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and interfering with an educational institution.
Police said in a release that another boy, 15, told his mother on Tuesday that he had being bullied throughout the school year at Vista High School and while on the bus ride to and from school.
Two of the students are accused of threatening to assault the boy again if he told anyone. Another videotaped some of the incidents.
Chief Arturo Ramos said his department will keep investigating criminal bullying and seek prosecution of suspects.
