Weekend freeway restrictions Oct. 12-15

PHOENIX -- Drivers around the Valley can expect a relatively restriction-free weekend, but some work on Interstate 17 could cause some problems.
• Northbound I-17 will be narrowed to two lanes between Bell Road and Union Hills Drive from 11 p.m. Friday to 9 a.m. Sunday. Southbound will be narrowed to three lanes.
• Eastbound Loop 202 off-ramp at Alma School Road will be closed from 3 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday for pavement work. The southbound Loop 101 ramp to eastbound Loop 202 will be down to one lane.
