2 adults, 2 teens accused in Tucson robberies
TUCSON, Ariz. -- Two adults and two teenagers have been arrested in connection with a string of armed robberies in Tucson.
Police said a 16-year-old male is being held on suspicion of robbing eight businesses beginning July 7. He's been booked into Pima County Jail on eight counts of armed robbery and six counts of aggravated robbery.
Police said the teen's 15-year-old girlfriend and Orlando Robles, 22, both are being held on suspicion of one count each of armed robbery and aggravated robbery.
They said Samuel Torres-Garcia, 19, is being held on suspicion of four counts each of armed robbery and aggravated robbery and one count of aggravated assault.
The Arizona Daily Star reported police acted on a tip to serve four search warrants and reported finding property taken in the robberies.
