4 Arkansas residents arrested in Arizona drug case
HOLBROOK, Ariz. -- Four Arkansas residents have been arrested in eastern Arizona after authorities seized $100,000 worth of liquid PCP during a traffic stop.
Navajo County Sheriff's officials say 27-year-old Jeremy Ford, 19-year-old Christopher Kelly, 27-year-old Jeramy Sanders and 22-year-old Kimberly Brown are being held on $25,000 bond apiece on suspicion of transportation and sales of a dangerous drug.
Ford and Brown both are from Little Rock while Kelly is from Hot Springs and Sanders from Wrightsville.
Authorities say the woman and three men were in a rented SUV stopped for a traffic violation Monday on Interstate 40 near Holbrook.
A search turned up a two-gallon plastic gasoline can in the rear of the vehicle that authorities say contained 11 pounds of the hallucinogen PCL mixed with a petroleum-based liquid.
