Napolitano orders DHS flags flown at half-staff
PHOENIX -- Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano has ordered all DHS flags to fly at half-staff in honor of a Border Patrol agent who was fatally shot in Arizona.
Nicholas Ivie and a colleague were on patrol in the desert near Naco -- about 100 miles from Tucson -- when shooting broke out shortly before 2 a.m. Tuesday. Ivie, 30, was killed and the other agent is recovering at a hospital.
Napolitano said federal authorities will track down those responsible for the shootings and "bring them to justice."
