PHOENIX -- Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano has ordered all DHS flags to fly at half-staff in honor of a Border Patrol agent who was fatally shot in Arizona.

Nicholas Ivie and a colleague were on patrol in the desert near Naco -- about 100 miles from Tucson -- when shooting broke out shortly before 2 a.m. Tuesday. Ivie, 30, was killed and the other agent is recovering at a hospital.

Napolitano said federal authorities will track down those responsible for the shootings and "bring them to justice."

Would be better if you would fix the border issue, then we wouldn't have to have the flags lowered...if you are going to order something, why not order some troops with live ammo on the border. Please people get out and vote, this has to come to an end. Not only at the head, but at our representatives as well!!!

And by " "bring them to justice" " you mean safe haven, different forms of welfare, presidential pardon, and amnesty huh nappy? I propose this bet: Nappy, if Mitt wins this election, you resign and head down to the border and live in a tent for 30 days with daily briefings via phone call on only US border patrol issues. If Oblah-blah wins... well you can just go on doing your thing, you will anyway, and I'll shut up about it! In conclusion, You're a B!T*H!
