Reward offered in fatal hit-and-run in NE Arizona
BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. -- Authorities in northwestern Arizona are offering a reward for information leading to an arrest in a fatal hit-and-run accident.
Bullhead City police say 50-year-old Michael Clayton Clark died Sunday in a Nevada hospital.
The Bullhead City man was found severely injured late Saturday after being struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle.
A witness who lives in the area of the accident told police about twice seeing a truck with a loud diesel-sounding motor.
Police say further investigation by forensics revealed drag skid marks at the scene consistent with a bicycle.
Police believe the suspect who hit Clark may have gone back to the scene and taken the bike.
Mohave Silent Witness is offering a reward up to $750 for any information leading to an arrest in the case.
