Young boy drowns in Mesa pool

A 4-year-old boy has drowned in a Mesa pool, the Mesa Fire Department said.
When paramedics arrived on the scene, the boy's mother was present.
It is unknown how long the boy was in the water, but the boy was unresponsive as he was being taken to a hospital.
The boy was pronounced dead on arrival.
