Nose-gear issues send plane back to Mesa Gateway
Nose-gear issues forced a regional jet leaving Mesa Gateway Airport to return to the gate Monday morning.
The Embraer 135 jet, on its way to Portland, Ore., took off with 40 people aboard. Around 7:30 a.m. the pilot elected to turn back after mechanical issues surfaced.
