TUCSON, Ariz. - Authorities say skeletal remains found in Tucson have been identified as a man who was a homicide victim.

Tucson police say the victim name still is unknown.

Forensic examination of the remains conducted by the Office of the Medical Examiner determined the manner of death to be a homicide.

The examination also revealed the remains to be that of a man between the ages of 45 and 60, about 5-foot-7 with red hair and possibly a red beard.

Police responded to the former Deanza Drive Inn Theatre location on May 17 in reference to a call of found bones by construction workers.

The say the skeletal remains were unearthed while construction work was being done on the property.

Investigators believe the bones were at the location for several years.
