TONOPAH, Ariz. -- Authorities have identified the body of a woman found in the desert west of Phoenix.

KPHO-TV reported the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office said Mai Vo Bor, 37, died after walking for hours in scorching temperatures after a car crash Friday that left her parents injured.

Maricopa County Sheriff's Office spokesman Jeff Sprong said the family was on vacation from California and got into single-car crash half a mile from Interstate 10 and 411th Avenue.

Officials said Bor went looking for help around 6 a.m. The parents were later spotted by a passer-by.

Authorities found Bor's nude body a mile from the crash. Authorities believe she succumbed to the heat and said there is nothing suspicious about her death.

The parents are expected to recover.

    Nothing suspicious?
Either this news release does not tell a complete story, or there are a lot to be suspicious: (1) Walked hours but within 1 mile of the car? (2) Went to ask for help but ended up in the desert (rather than on/by a road)? (3) Dying of heat/temperature but "nude body"? Please, reportors, don't write anything like this that doesn't nothing for conveying useful informaiton.

    Something
is really missing with this story. I am guessing they were well of the road in a remote desert area. Any nude female even close to I-10 would been seen for sure

    Heatstroke
People tend to become very disoriented when they're suffering from extreme heatstroke. That's more than likely the reason she removed her clothes and wandered off the highway. Poor woman...R.I.P.

but to scorch close right off of a body? That's a bit hard to swallow. NOthing like an AZ police investigation to make you say Huh?
