A young girl with cancer meets a young boy who also has the disease at a cancer support group. As the two become friends and connect over their illnesses, they fall in love and it takes them on a journey neither of them thought possible.
I have not read the book and knew nothing about the story when I went in to see this film, but it was fantastic. The relationship between these two teens is quirky and genuine. There are parts that are really sad, but in the end I think it leaves you hopeful. Also, I decided that if you don’t cry during this film, then you have no soul and I don’t want to be around you.
