Maybe this judge just doesn't like Rick Ross

Is this Miami-area judge teaching this young lady an appropriate lesson?

Or is he just upping the sentence because he's annoyed? You be the judge.

Every time I have appeared before a judge I have been respectful. I have seen what they have to deal with first hand with the lack of respect they recieve. She flipped him off and used an obcenity. That is contempt of court. Contempt of court is defined as when the court "declares a person or organization to have disobeyed or been disrespectful of the court's authority." I think this falls under that category.
